Is it a he or a she

Hermie is short for hermaphrodite. There are those who say that if you're very careful and snip off ALL the male portions, the female bits will grow to bud and you do get some crop. If it's your only go right now, just be really careful to watch the boy bits and cut 'em off so you don't accidentally pollinate your whole grow room/cabinet (can't remember if it looks like you're growing in a small space or not). Might be worth a try, anyway.

It can be decent to smoke, but it pops, and crackles. lol. It does look male like, at best hermie. Hermie is short for hermaphrodite. Honestly if your not an experienced grower or whatever, I would get rid of it. If you are experienced, and know the strain and what not, maybe try cross pollinating, or breeding. Just my 2 pennies.

Yeah, I'd heard that you could try to take off all the little balls as they appear, but once it starts going really fast, you'll quickly see that it is hard to cut the HUNDREDS of flowers and you'd probably end up injuring it. I was going to try it, but when I got in there, I could tell it would be impossible - unless I had unlimited patience, no job or responsibilities, and better than mine eyesight - it just was too much of a pain in the ass to go through for seedy crap weed - at best! As it turned out, my hermie really started looking male dominant, so I chopped it for the purity of all Sensi out there...including mine that was still (and is still) sexless yet.

Want more better shots of those sex organs at the base of the node. It looks 100% male based on the quick judgment that you dont get that many protrusions on a female, just a single pod with 2 hairs comming out of it. Its a dude, almost certain.

Edit: Do not try to "female" a plant by plucking out the male parts. You will not get decent bud this way. Start more seeds or pray for the survivors, but this guy looks so mature I bet the other ones are too.

at this stage you cant tell by 100% is it a male or hermie. i remember topic, where everybody was saying that its a male, cause it looked like it, but grower still grew it and there started to show white hairs - it was a hermie.

Here's a pic - note the close quarters in which the hair and balls occupy. Could have tried tweezers instead of snipping, but STILL, I would have been doing it for DAYS.

And no, it never produced anything pre-chopping, just more male flowers and a couple of seeds.

Joe, you wouldn't just cut off that whole branch? If the plant's well-developed, could that be a better way to deal with it? Just curious.

Hi All

Put some pics on here last week asking if my second plant was female. Think i was too eager cos no one could say positively either way.
Can anyone tell me now please. Really hoping its a female as my first plant to grow turned out to be male ........sob sob

Its now over 2ft tall not that you can tell from the first pic. Sitting here with my fingers crossed
I noticed from your very first picture of the entire plant... If I may make a suggestion... It seems like a very small pot for the size of the plant. That can make it male or hermi because the roots stay small and the plant thinks it's in a tiny space. More likely turn male or be male. We use 5 gallon buckets and let the root germinate at least a half an inch. We haven't had a male YET! NO JOKE.
