As long as you don't damage the roots too bad and send the plant into shock, you can move plants to any size pot. Just be sure that you don't cut or damage the roots and you will be fine.

The length of time is not important. You will know by looking at the plant. It will have a "look" and a "feel" to it that will let you know its ready.

yeah it's cool probably not necessary though.
I've grown a similar strain called Blaze http://www.vancouverseedbank.ca/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=33_56&products_id=122
That one is 11-14 weeks depending how you like your trichomes. If you like your weed on the psychedelic side harvest with plenty trichomes still clear.

i duno why i feel like transplanting i think its just outta curiousity but ima stick with the 10 inch cus i checked and i dont even see the roots comin out the holes of the pot. but the only thing i was planning when i transplanted was to put a stick to tight the plant up against for support cus it kinda grew to the left and it looks like its gonna have some heavy buds on that side cusi also super cropped branches on that side as an experiment and it worked haha. can i just slowly and softly push a stick through the soil, i dont think itd damage too many roots...

yea prolly not really worth it. it certainly can be done but I would expect some reduced growth during the recovery process after transplanting. You might extend your grow period and/or reduce your yield. Or you might not notice any effect. But considering a minimal benefit or improvement as a result of the transplant, is it worth it? Good luck!
