Is it damaging to plants if c02 is run during night cycle?

I have thought about using one room (the one with the air conditioner ,co2 burner and ppm controll) to act as a lung room pumping co2 into the room with our these amenities .
Is there any negitive effect of running co2 during a flowering rooms dark cycle?

I think the negative effect is that you're wasting CO2. There's no need to run it during lights-off.

Gents,I wouldn't be waisting it ,it would be blown into a room with no co2 burner that would have a day cycle coinciding with the dark cycle of the room next to it. What I'm asking is if there is any damage caused by having co2 @1500 ppm in the "lung " room which will house sleeping plants.
I expect no benefit of running it in the dark room other than I can feed it to a room in need of co2.
Any thoughts?
