Is it flowering or not?

Hello Growers.
I have 2 plants in 5th week - Bruce Banger Auto. First plant on left is already flowering as seen on picture, the second one on right side is or is not? They are same genetics + same date of germination.

Do same auto genetics flower in same time?

No two plants are the same, regardless of genetics.
