Is it generally difficult to get responses from seed banks?

not with sos there is a thread on here for sos and they have a rep who answers questions

i mean like op have you waited more than 3-5 BUSINESS days meaning not counting the weekend

im sorry you have not received a reply i think the problem is we receive so many emails a day we dont have time to check the junkbox which a good few emails ends up in there.

23 days and counting, still no reply from SOS. LOL...I went somewhere else with my money. I'm sure Sea of Seeds is a great place to order from, but I got ignored, so I can only speak for what I experienced. And I really don't care if the "rep" is on this forum. One shouldn't have to join a forum to get feedback.

To be clear though, I don't dislike them...it could be that my email was overlooked. At that point in time I was ready to make a purchase and they dropped the ball and missed out on some cash. Attitude NEVER failed to respond to an email, even if I wasn't buying anything at the time.

they arent just on here to receive feedback their here to give updates , promos, and answer questions

I'm aware of that. I was just saying that I should be able to get a response from them through email rather than sign in to the forum and send their rep a private message. But like I said before, it was probably overlooked. Maybe I will try again in the future.

Could just ring em...works with Herbies, with regards to Emails..most companies must get Hundreds..or Thousands a day? then you've got Spam Filters..n so on..

Just to give a little more info on my situation. With SOS I paid for my order on Monday got an immediate payment confirmation from sagepay but still nothing from SOS. My attitude order was snagged by customs and I started trying to contact them on Monday but can't get any response from attitude regarding my guaranteed shipping. Should I just wait longer or you guys think I'm getting ignored. I'm just used to much faster communication with anything else I've ever purchased online.

All I can say/would say .. Ive ordered from SOS ,they were very good!!!Funny thing is ,i've lost my password forn SOS over 1 month I haven't heard from them,e-mailed them over 10 times for lost password..(not in my junk mail or any other mail folder).... Go figure!!I ordered from elsewhere...Product arrived already!!! ,While i'm still waiting for SOS to send me a password renewel...

attitude is closed for 2 weeks they posted it .
, relax a bit and let it happen , these companies have thousands of customers and sometimes somewhere something might get overlooked be patient.
