Is it good to give your plants worm tea?

There's a place not too far from me that gives away a free gallon of it 2 times a week, but I've never used it before. I've heard good things about it but don't know too much about it. Has anyone ever given it to their plants and would you recommend it?

ewc or ewc tea is probably one of the best ways to get beni's in you medium imo. as far as using for a fert, it depends what they were feeding the worms but it's not going to hurt.

Tea's are good stuff.. I give my girls Alfalfa tea mixed with their water and they love it.. Only bad thing is the smell..
