THC is fat soluble, good luck with "flushing" your body in a day.... unless you only smoked like a gram in the last month i doubt it will happen

Theres ways so you only pissing out what your drink. Because your drinking so much it doesnt give your body time to break and fat cells down, thus stopping the THC from entering your urine... A lot of newer test can detect that your "flushing" or that it is unable to analyze your sample. So basically it all really comes down to how much you smoke....

You can do serious harm to your body by drinking too much water. Water intoxication can even be fatal. I don't have a magic number of what is too much as many factors come into play... such as your size, body composition etc.
Water intoxication is not common... but 3 gallons in a short period of time sounds dangerous to me. Is it really worth it to risk your health?

Just buy some synthetic urine...Look it up on google and have it overnighted to your house... Use that for you pee test... It's not cheap $20 - $30 but it works guaranteed. It comes in a little bottle with a sqeeze squirting top and it has a temp gage tape it inside your upper thigh or if your a girl you can put it somewhere else 
to maintain body heat temp cuz they test for that too... Florida girl's right, dont compromize your health just spend the money...While your at it buy two bottles so you aren't stuck in this situation next time... Good luck!

maybe one day people will learn you cant flush thc out of your body, all drinks and lots of water do is dilute it and cover it up, but like mentioned before the check for that now to. You could try exercising and burning as much fat as possible then pack on as much fat as possible while not smoking(in theory you could cover up the old fat with thc with new clean fat) i think, but you would probably be clean by the time that worked and there ws a lady around here trying to when a radio contest that drank 3 gallons of water in an hour or two to win her son a wii and went home and died.(True story they played the tape when she was on the radio doing it and the Hosts were joking and laughing about her dying when she was done)
