Ok so here's the deal I have 3 plants growing 2 x B52 and 1 x super silver haze. Problem is my leaves are curling upwards from the stem side to the tip. Kinda like the leaf is folding in half towards the sky. And now the leaves are starting to get these brown spots or more like lines as seen in the grow faq under ozone damage. Problem is everything I've read has said its a mg deficiancy. Problem with that is there was never any yellow I look at them 20 times a day and one day I look and there's the brown spot or lines and the leaves started curling upwards as I said above. I have been using magical supplement by technaflora in the form of the recipe for sucess kit from technaflora. So I'm not sure if I should try the epsom salt route cuz I don't want to overdue it. Can anyone give me some help I seriously need it. Ty anyone. By the way ozone damage is very unlikely.

The V shape is a sign of Mg deficiency but it could be that your soil PH is keeping it out of range or that another nutrient is locking out Mg. What is the ph of your medium? What is the PH of your feed water(is it tap?) What is the run-off ph and ppms? This info will help you solve your problem.

Ok well my soil ph is 6.7 my water ph and my nutient ph is balanced at 6.3. My ppm is at 1100. I know that's too high now that I look at it so how do I adjust that down? I'm new to this whole thing and I had no idea there was so much involved. Being that they are only 2 weeks and 3 days old from seed should I even be giving them nutrients yet? I am using ocean forest soil by fox farm. Anything that you think may be helpfull I am thankful for the help. I started giving them straight water last night balanced at 6.3 and I am already seeing improvement. Just incase you need to know the nutrient solution I've was giving them is bc boost bc grow thrive alive b1 magical sugar daddy all mixed as on the recipe for sucess kit by technaflora and I was feeding in the sequence of feed water water feed. Thanks doc!

Ya- you gave them a little to much love too sooooon---it happens---Your first feed ppm should have been below 400 and I recommend to most the first feeding to be 250. As you found out FFOF has a lot of good things in it. You don't need to add anything to that soil for 4 weeks if your plants are only a little over 2 weeks old. Just let the soil dry out a little between watering's---Don'T give then any nutes for the next 4 feedings-----plain water----plain water-----plain water------250ppm balanced feeding @6.3. That's it.

Ok man great. Just one more question how do I get the ppm down on my nutes when I do start feeding them again ? Cut the solution down? About a quarter of what I originally had it?

Yes---Then you can add more plain water to bring the ppms down(less consentration). Your meter will get you in the correct ballpark.
