Is it normal for 48 days old?

These girls are 47 days from seed and they're under 10 inches. I've been LST and topping them pretty aggressively, though. If I'd just let them go I'm pretty sure they'd be quite a bit bigger than 15", especially my crazy vigorous Gorilla Cookies pheno that I had to top down two extra nodes to keep even.

Here's my latest batch at 29 days from pushing up out of the dirt. (something odd with picture upload on the site this morning, doesn't ask to show full or thumbnail).
If the picture size is too large for the site it automatically will post as a link. You won't be able to post it as a full image or thumbnail unless the file size is reduced. If I have a high quality photo I want to show full size then I go to picresize.com and run it through the 50% size option and save the new photo. Works perfect.

Do you think my light is an ok one?
It's not what I would have picked for a light, but it should be fine to grow out your plant.

I wouldn't have mixed two different types of medium either. Maybe a FFOF grower could chime in better but the package looks like it's pre-loaded with nutrients for the plant. If that's the case you shouldn't need to add nutrients for a while, but you also mixed it in with a coco medium (Mother Earth Coco w/Perlite) so who knows. It's best to stick to one type of grow medium as they have different requirements for optimal growth. Good luck!
