Is it ok to take clones off my females even though they are one week into flowering?
I'm throwing in a pic just for fun. The taller plants on the left have been in flower for one week and I would like to take a couple clones before they go too crazy flowering. The plants on the right are just going into flower today.

Any help on whether it is ok to clone one week into flower or not would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Yes its fine. I've done it a couple of times. The clone may take a bit longer to root and reveg however

Yes! I am in the same exact situation as you I am 6 days into flowering and took 8 clones total from 5 plants last night. I've read here on RIU that some people do it up to the start of the third week. But first and second week are no problem at all, during the start of flowering plants branch out more which makes it much easier to take clones.

You can take clones anytime. Use the search feature for loads of threads asking the same thing.

Thank you all for your help. That's what I needed. Phyzix: I will do that. This site is so large that I wasn't sure where to go for such a specific question. Your advice helped me tons!

While you can take clones in flower, the later it is in flower, the harder time they have. The poor plant has to survive long enough to change hormone profiles THEN root THEN re-veg.... it's ok in a pinch, takes longer sometime a LOT longer. I've also found that if it has any tendancy to hermie, flowering clones seem to fall victim far more often due to the stress.
