Is it ready to harvest??

I’m having trouble knowing if it’s time to harvest. These are 3 outdoor potted plants. I just got a microscope and I can’t tell if the trichromes are clear or cloudy. I do see some amber ones. I see new bids forming however. Is it ready to harvest or do I wait longer? I’m in north jersey. The nights get into the 49’s right now.

Looks great, but I'd leave it longer if the weather allows it. Some of the pistils on the top cola still look whiteish to me. Ignore the amber if it's only on the sugar leaves.
