The fuck!?! Is this a joke? Dude I spit out some of my coffee when I saw that trim job, never seen anything like that. Dude that plant looks like it has been through some serious molestation. Well good luck with your future endeavors and don't do anything like that again.

Okay, I understand that I may have messed up but I am a noob at this and i started this from seed so I'm happy that I have made it thus far. Well here are some updated pics that I just took.

A major part of LST is bending the top over...waaay over, almost horizontal. It redistributes hormones to the lateral branches and makes them really big. That and the lateral branches get more sun, which means they get bigger. Try it, I bet you'll be happy.

Just keep tying your branches down bro.Every one ripped ya enough on trimmin so.You will look back on those pics one day and laugh your ass off at yourself.Next plant start training earlier and pull all of it down,main stalk and all.She looks healthy,good luck on your grow.
