Are you going to be growing indoor or outdoor? The white spots could be a lot of things, but unless it gets progressively worse, I would't worry too much. Check closely for bugs.

imo...

If it will be flowered outside, it is ready to go outside.

If flowered under 12/12 light, wait until preflowers are present.

What lights will you be flowering with? And what soil are you using. IMO I have had good success flowering plants in the 12 - 18 inch range. If you transplant into a bigger container, give it a week to adjust. You should be able to get another 4 inches out of it in a week.

im flowering indoor should i also tansplant into bigger pot before flowering im in 6 inch pot now
6 Inch pots generally produce plants with single-stems, like my lovely lady. If you would like your plant to retain more branches and get a little bigger I would up the size of the pot.

the 125 cfl is not going to give a whole lot of pentration. If you can sort of train the plant around the bulb that would help.

You could lst (tie back) the plant in an attempt to get a bushier plant that grows around the bulb, assuming you are going to suspend the bulb vertically.

If you are flowering with only a 125watt cfl, go 12/12 now. And do like said above and train it/bend the stems so the plant gets the best light penetration. With CFL you are not going to need hardly any fertilizer especially if you are using fox farms ocean farm soil...it's hot to begin with. Plus that is bagseed, so you are better off underfeeding than overfeeding. I say give it a 3-5gallon bucket to grow in and just use the ocean farm soil and you will be good using plain water up to harvest. If you notice deficiencies starting to arise, then do an all purpose fertilizer.

Id spray with some azamax or azatrol before I sent it to flowering.
Those white spots could be nothing or they could be mites!
better safe then sorry or you will be fighting mite the whole time in flowering!

Hey buddy so I found out I do have mites so will azamax or azatrol get rid of mites completely? And were would I find any of this

Azamax will, but be very careful using it! It is extremely potent stuff and if not mixed correctly will kill everything!
