so i got this plant
and i really lucked out on the seed
i brought it into flowering and its doing stupendous
buts are getting lots of weight and im only 1 months in
TONS of crystals
but
since i only got this one plant with that one seed
i would love to keep this plant going
so a couple questions from the newbie:
can i clone it now
or is it too late?
should i try to cut the buds off when its time and try to bring the plant back into veggy?
if i clone it now, wont that increase that chances of a hermie?
is it even worth it?

Here are some pics of the plant from about 2 -3 weeks to about a week ago

nice looking, what will it hurt to try a clone or two off those bottom nodes, yeah they have a bud on em but A. maybe a few less grams on first plant with those worthless bottom nodes, and a chance of several more to come, or B. just ride it out and have to start from scratch next time.

i have cloned late in flower. but i use a cloner, kinda a rip off of the power cloner thats out there. it took a long time. the original growth died after new growth developed. without the cloner you would definitely need to be patient.

i will look and see if i have any pic of this plant. it was my first.

ok found them the 2nd pic is the clone in question. you should be able to pick it out of the other pics. i cant seem to find any other pics. i ended up tossing that clone for space reasons so it never went to veg.

first one is on april 8 front right corner 48.jpg

april 18 only plant middle row.418.jpg

april 23423.jpg

my point is i can root clones in about 5-7 days with the cloner if done while in veg. if done in flower as you can see no real growth in 15 days, and there was very little root growth also. sorry dont have pic of that. worth a try, especially with those plants.

2 more pics. 1st one is the mom when i got her from a friend, the 2nd is before harvest.

definitely takes a looong time to root from flowering
as long as you think it'll be worth keeping, patience is easy to come by.
