Is it too late to lollipop 2 weeks into flowering?

It's better to do it before you flip, but should be fine as long as you don't over do it. If they're healthy they can tolerate a lot. However, it may take a little longer for them to finish flowering if they get stressed out. It would be better if we could see pics of the plant your talking about.

looks good man. but i'm also a little confused on one issue, how much undergrowth do you remove when lollipopping plants? any general rule to follow like measurements in the height of undergrowth to remove based on pot sizes or does the 3 lowest node removal still applies?

To others asking. Lollypopping and what to remove?
As a rule of thumb - for me - I take everything in a "cone" shape from the bottom up to about the last 4 or so top branch's. This includes taking the bottom branch's that do not come out and have clean light exposure to their mains. Lower branch's that do remain are trimmed up to the last 3 or 4 sub branch's on those. Basically the "mains" of that branch only.
If your not staking the mains out, exposing more interior. Remove branch's that are growing back to the inside of the plant structure. Even with staking/Training to open up the interior. I take most of those growing back in, out.
It can be done that you have a plant with heavy topping and a lot of "mains". These can be cropped up to the last cpl of branch's at the to[ and you simply grow out some massive buds.
About the same can be done for SCROG but, your doing a much shorter plant with much more training.

I grow my plants to about 2ft before I flip and any branch I don’t remove completely is stripped at least 6-12 niches from the main stem.
