Hey man, in terms of canopy control you can supercrop even into flower, bit its not recommended bc it stresses the plant. If you're in beg tho and you're trying to keep her low, then it'll be fine. I train mine all the way through the first couple of weeks of flower, moving and snapping and taping branches. I dunno if it "prevents nutrients from leaving the branch" or whatever, but the knuckles that form are definitely stronger, and make the branches able to hold more bud.

Btw, the plant does not look 100% healthy. The skinny leaf thing going on with the fan leaves on the right hand side are showing sings of something.

Tell us a little about your setup, feeding schedule, etc. My leafs look like that in the corners and stuff that don't get enough light, maybe that's what's going on. I've only started seedlings with CFLs, I mean it seems like you have enough but who knows.

Btw, dr Jekyll/Mr. Hyde's comments always crack my ass up. Especially Mr. Hyde's.

I mean man, you can supercrop them but honestly unless you plan on vegging for another few weeks to develop new tops, I would leave those tops pointed up. They will fill into decent colas (if you can get them and keep them healthy through flower).

If you bend those completely horizontally, the buds will try and grow straight up towards the light from each site, and the hormones will be more directed towards the center growth so the two long "tops" wouldn't fill out as much.

Unless you have a lot of longer branches on those two tops, I would keep them like that. Just move like 2 of the lights so that they are right on the lower growth. And does that soil look wet? You might be overwatering. Those leaves are really drooping.

And yes, I would definitely feed them. Start out with a half strength solution. And honestly, people are always like "its a copper deficiency" or "its molybdenum" or whatever. I use phosphoric acid as pH down and I use tons of that shit so if your pH down is the same then that's not likely. Of course, if you haven't been feeding ibdoubt you've been pHing.

Ok ill start feeding 1/2 strength
and i honestly think my issues
are over watering and or phosphorous, wich means she needs food
im planning in keeping her in veg for another month or so.. wyle i move

that being said
should i supet crop those two branches.
And just start to feed
i have time

If you have time to veg, then I would tie those branches down almost completely horizontally, leaving like 4 inches on each end to bend up towards the light. If you can get those two tops low enough, then you can just move all of the lights closer down.

How often do you water? Its a good idea to add a lot of perlite to your soil, it helps it drain better so you can water/feed more often. You want to let that dirt get pretty dry in veg, bc it stretches its roots looking for water. In flower you want to make sure they have enough to drink, but in veg only water when the pot starts to feel light again (feel it right when you water, see how heavy it is. You can feel it get lighter and lighter every day). If your soil doesn't drain well, then I would water every 3-4 days at the soonest.

That's actually how I train a lot of my plants; top it once and then tie each top down. The branches from the tops start growing up, turning into tops themselves.

You might want to consider transplanting into a bigger container to help get a boost on your growth. She night be getting tight in that container.

To bend like u said the two tops as low as i can
do u mean the two big tips towards the center or bent out ward
I dont have any perlite
and if i move to a bigger cintainer
wont she get taller
the whole thing is i dont want her to grow taller
should i cut off some roots and repot in same pot
and so should i bend main tops towards center??

If she is having deficiency problems, cutting off some of her roots will just make things worse. The problem is that the things you want don't really work together, you want your plant healthy, and in veg, but you don't want it to keep growing. But growth only stops when something is wrong. If you don't want her to get taller you can keep your lights very close, with lots of side lighting, that way the plant has no reason to stretch towards the lights, or train/supercrop her like you were thinking of (Not sure but I believe you bend the branches outward, bending them in towards the center seems like it would make things too cramped and make it hard for air to circulate etc.) but you can't really stop her growth entirely and keep her healthy at the same time.

I think its phosphorous deficiency
wich means shes hungry
im gonna super crop out ward but almost side ways,if that makes sense.
and i understand what u want to do with my plant isnt good
its just my mistake for jumping in face first and not planning ahead for room issues
