Is it too small to be budding?

Yo i hav one another question! one of my plants was eaten in the middle at an early stage by a bird.. Which has now resulted on not 1 but 2 stems going upn each side so it has two bunches of leaves. (e.g) like a 'Y'...

Now its been a hile since and all the others are alot bigger but thi ones seems to grow very low.. and alredy showing signs of flowering, will the future buds be too big for the plant and result in having to kill it?

the bird probably topped your plant for you lol

I don't know if it's the strain or the part of Florida I am in but, you can see buds starting on plants 6in tall. Not saying this is necessarily a good thing, just kinda cool.
