Glad to see a state taking an aggressive approach.

Working like a charm, for those of us who grow our own and keep to ourselves or share with friends. Still too early to tell on the retail/commercial front. I think it will turn out OK but there are a few years of reefer madness hangover to work through first.

If I had a ton of money I'd do a ballot initiative called "Regulate Alcohol Like Marijuana" and one called "Regulate Pharmaceuticals like Marijuana". Both would hold the respective industries to the same rules imposed on cannabis. Then sit back and watch the cannabis laws unravel as the legislative whores trip over each other trying to please their masters.
