is it worth going from a 125 to 200

I am currently growing my mother plant under a sunblaster 125 cfl bulb, just wondering would their ba a noticible difference if i switched to a 200

I can guarantee you would notice a world of difference.

Yes, 200 is better than 125.
Ask yourself this question.
Do you want a big mother or small, fast growing or slow, provide lot's of clones or a few @ a time is good??
For me space is a premium and I keep them small around 2 foot max.. So,Ii have 2 of my mothers under 1 - 125watt 6500k.

Yes more watts is always better. But at some point in time you really should look at lumens vs watts. Lumens are just as important and I've found those higher watt cfls tend to lose there PARS and that a few smaller ones to equal the same watts is better. Just IMO.

or do a 200 and a 125 hung vertically. you rotate the plants that are under the 200

Yea RIU is having some glitches they are aware of it. Just bare with it for the moment.

Or you could get a few smaller cfls to cover more area and keep the 125

Very wise young grasshopper lol. Plus side of smaller cfls is they have a better PAR/lumen then the bigger ones but the down side is more room they take up..

just went with a 200 and will have the 125 hanging vertically tomorrow
