Is June 17th too late to make cuttings?

I germinated May 22nd and planted my sproutings the first week of June but out of the 100 only 65 or so made it through the whole process so I'd like to make about 30 cuttings or so. Would June 17th be too late to make these cuttings? I know it's down hill after June 21 but I figure it takes the plants a few weeks to notice the light cycle change which would allow a few weeks of vegging. Thanks in advance.

idk much about cloning but the plants might still be pretty young...?

it depends where u live. If u live in so cal that will be ok. They will not get as big but u can still have a decent crop. Where do u live?
