Is marijuana butter dangerous?

I've heard SO many times that if you ingest too much of it, you'll go into a coma. I even saw the other day on TruTV this guys called 911 high saying he and his wife just ate a pan of hash brownies and she wasn't responding and that he felt like he was going to pass out. Turned out, she had went into a coma. I assume smoking too much pot doesn't do that. Why does the pot butter do it?

Wow! Thats the first Ive heard of that! I have friends that make butter for baking and I have never heard of any adverse effects from scarfing too much until now. I will have to check that out ASAP!

I'm not saying a little is bad. Knowing me, i'd eat the entire pan of whatever I make. I'd hate to wake up 10 years later wondering what the fuck happened.
