Is Matuska ThunderFuck still around?

I did a little research and found Dr. Greenthumb advertising these (for $240/10 seeds!!!!!!!). Call me crazy but I can't support thieves like that. After picking myself up from the floor and doing self-administered CPR, I did a little more research and found some people claiming that MTF was wiped out by the law some time in the past (from the 90's to 9/11). DGT rates their strain at 4.5 out of 5 for potency. Does anyone know for certain if this strain is still around? Does anyone know where to get seeds for a reasonable amount?

FDD those are fricking awesome. I knew that it was a very top shelf plant but wasn't sure if it had all been eradicated as some have said. It's very good to know that it hasn't. You're not my dirt farming hero for nothing!!
