Interesting, you told me about that before.nobody voted for trump . lol . hey there is a dispen that is is certified with the state of mi and with the city near my house to be in business . the owner told me i costed him 500k to get it all legal . so there is a way to be state legal . 500k is a lot of cash but there parking lot has 20 cars at once people coming and going i bet they will get there money back in 6 months or less
"..can't even buy lunch for there self.".i agree with you . not all pot heads are broke . let me restate that . a lot of pot heads are broke but most are normal people making a living raising there family . just most the pot heads i know cant even buy lunch for there self .
Interesting, you told me about that before.
I don't think he's telling you the truth bryan!
The law to even apply for a disp lic. just went into effect YESTERDAY! on the 20th... The other part is it's designed for the potential legal recreational market.....I expect it has been hashed out and the wording set for Medical too.....after all, the Mlegalize folks screwed us out of the recreational proposal even getting on the ballot!
Now cities can give out permits and have for a cpl of years (Detroit and Ann Arbor come to mind)....
Maybe, I mean money can do many things.....I just don't think so on this one....
He was commenting on me saying that disp. are not legal by STATE laws! County PA's can decide for their own county to prosicute or not - unless of course you piss off the state AG and he tells them too! I should know, I got mine raided and shut down with direct threats from the state AG if I was to re-open!The city of gaylord in otsego county issued liscenses and ok'd despensarry's, the county didnt agree and raided all of them and tried to close them down, most are in court and most are still up and running, gaylord p.d dont mess with them but the county and feds do! so his friend is not lying, city's pass it and the county's shut them down!
Peace
No votes for any repubs in MI in 2 yrs!He was commenting on me saying that disp. are not legal by STATE laws! I pissed Schutte off by testifying against the new laws they passed! Look to there being NO caregivers and the personal plant counts going way down to being eliminated under the state's forward looking plans!!!
Say over the next 6 years! HINT: DON'T vote for Schutte for governor!
I'm with you there! No votes for any repubs in MI in 2 yrs!
Hopefully we still have the pt/c.g system in 2 yrs, but I also think the new amendments are designed to shut down home grows and c.g's
Peace
Then dont read it.This post in in the wrong area....this should be in politics, im here to learn about growing beautiful plants, i could give .0001 fucks about politics.
The AG has everything to do with prohibition, to think otherwise is naïve...You can all read the legislature that was passed. It does not effect patients and caregivers or that model. Everything is business as usual on our end, unless you doing business with a dispensary.
For them to take anything away from the mmma requires this process to be done all over again, considering it took years for the package to pass-barely i might add. The sky is still up there.
This thread is pertinent to MICHIGAN growers , caregivers, and patients..pretty sure its right where it needs to be. By the way..i voted for trump.
For everyone on the sessions freak out train..the AG/dea were and will never be the ones to change anything with prohibition, to think so it moronic. I suggest you look at trumps pick for the fda.
the only reason the current AG isn't enforcing federal pot laws in quasi legal states is because he chooses not too.....the laws are there....Sessions won't look the other way, it's not in his nature. The ag job is to enforce laws. Whatever ag was picked would of done nothing to change prohibition period. To think that any attorney general was going or is going to change prohibition is moronic. There goes there job security. That was my point for the slow people found on these boards.
there is nothing interesting on roolitup lately been very slow . so freaking chill .Then dont read it.
But they are still enforcing federal laws.the only reason the current AG isn't enforcing federal pot laws in quasi legal states is because he chooses not too.....the laws are there....Sessions won't look the other way, it's not in his nature.
