Is my baby healthy?

Dont have a camera today but I can describe it. She is almost an inch tall and two tiny leaves are coming out of the split and are growing opposite directions. She is rather skinny and a darker greenish brown. she has only been in soil for 3 days.

sorry, i forgot to say that it was severely damaged when germinating, and it's from my first grow so i wanna see if it's all right
