Is my baby ready for transplant???!!!

Hey guys I am wondering if this little girl is ready for transplant into a 3 gallon pot? Shes been in this cup for 11 days and shes starting to grow. If so what are some tips of transplanting? any advice helps

Can you pull he rout and see the roots? I usually transplant once I see a good root system at the bottom

just checked and yea theres roots all over!!!!!, what the best way to proceed from here?

What I do is I set up my new pot with my soil, I use FFOF, and then spray it with regular tap water to dampen it until I can make a hole similar to the size of the cup then drop her in and give her some regular ph balanced water (6.0 for me) and that's it.

Should work perfect, to be honest I just did one today and used regular tap water, I think it's rated at 8.0 ph and I've done it before with no problems, but only when I'm too lazy to mix water, lol

Also I am still giving them 24hours of light, should i switch to 18/6 or leave em at 24 ??
