Is my bud getting seedy? 12 days left till crop.

Posting a few pictures for reference.

I have 12 days left till crop and I've noticed over the last week or so that the general bud structure has gone from a smooth bud type to a real rough bud structure with an appearance of a bunch of round balls crammed together. This is the only way I know how to explain it. The point is I'm worried my plants might be starting to convert the bud into seeds. Looks like a bunch of cancerous growths all over the bud. Is this normal for the last few weeks of flower? I'm very new to this so I have no comparison and cannot for the life of me find any pictures of seedy bud still on the plant on google.

1 week ago all the bud was a smooth texture. Now it's this cancerous growth looking shit. 1 week ago was 6 weeks into bud. Can they be pollinated that late and change that drastically in 1 week?

Hopefully someone experienced stumbles across this and can help me out. Really worried. Check out the pics and let me know what you think.

id say the same thing....dont see any sign of it seeding...the calyx's (pear shape growth the hairs grow out of)will start swelling with resin.that and when the hairs start pulling back in is a good sign its getting ready for harvest
