Is my math right?

I was looking for some shwag and my guy offers me a quarter of "hydro" for $120, I turned it down because I don't have the cash to spend my bud right now. So now I am looking at some grow boxes (complete system) claiming 15-20 POUNDS of "dried plant matter" a year.

Of course this makes the gears in my head turn. $120 for 1/4 oz, so $120 times 4 gives you $480 an oz. 16 ozs to a pound, so 16 times $480 is $7680 per pound times 16 pounds in a season, $122,880. 6 FUCKIN' FIGURES for bud, is this right?

your math is correct altho you are not taking into account that the price of weed decreases the more you buy and a quarter for 120 thats a ripp off lmao i pay $120 for a half ounce

I can usually get halves for 150, too many people are looking to sell for profits these days and 120 quads aren't unheard of in these parts.

your math is right but the numbers are way off...average price for lbs of high grade are around $5000...plus you have to figure in the cost of nutes and electric...then factor in thaty you wont pull 15-20 lbs for a while..not until you perfect your system...also just because its hydo dosnt mean itsa anygood...hydro means how its grown..has nothing to do with strain or quality...and 120 for a 1/4 is way steep...100 for super but 80-90 should be the average for high grade herb:joint:
