Is my new 400w digital ballast suppose to buzz so loudly?

tell me you work for them! Lol, you would be a celebrity. hehe, seriously though I have been on these forums for a few months and all day I read about bad greenhouse ballasts. This thread had the first positiver review. I use htg all the time and I have has good customer service.

but i work in retail. i treat all my bosses customers like gods. i have nothng else to do all day.

product matters. i feel almost obligated to point this out. i am the last person to be a consumer watch dog. i am a bachelor with money to burn, lol.

but wow this guy is like the 100th guy with a bad greenhouse dig. what gives?

i wish i could get one their prices are great but i live in the west and wow the shipping sounds gruesome for mistakes.

Oh my bad I wasn't specific on the voice mail I left. It went something like this, "Hi this is so and so I placed an order recently and it got here fine but the 400w ballast buzzes so loud it can be heard through a wall and door, please call me about this thanks, gave phone # twice and name again." So now you probably understand, there is no need for them to read my mind Thanks though.

I can just tell you my experience with them. It was positive. Good luck, i hope you get your ballast issues taken care of.

i just received the exact same unit...........haven't installed or plugged it in yet.

sorry to hear about you problems i have spent many thousands of dollers whith them and have had great service whith them from day one

i just call during bizz hours and they have always answered they do take a long lunch

i would say keep calling and if possible talk to tony.
