As others have said its in pisspoor condition. However a skilled grower could bring it back to a healthy plant, given its still in veg. Was hard to see from the pictures but cant tell if its flowering or not. One picture I thought I seen some pistols but with your other pictures I seen none.

Yup, its always best to get to know the cannabis plant and its parts. That way you know what a flowering plant at the beginning stages looks like. I had to tell my buddy a month ago that his 4th week flowering plant (so he thought) was a male. It crushed them. I showed him what a female plant looks like and hooked him up with some good beans.

as sad and fuked up as that poor plant is.... someone I know had a plant just like that and it actually budded, the flowers were the size of a bic lighter mature and it didnt get you high what so ever, he was probably better off smoking pine needles cause it wouldnt be so harsh. Deff start some more!! we all started somewhere, and all fuked up along the way. good luck with your new plants

I have personally received a plant in worse condition, it was at the beginging of veg stage, I turned it around and it produced some really beautiful buds for me. So it really depends on his skill. Since he is a new grower he should just start over. As someone else said, lesson learned.

He means be positive around it, talk to it, smoke some weed near it, play some nice nice music ect. I believe a positive environment can help a plant. But honestly if your a new grower you might as well start over, cause it would take a skilled grower to make something out of that.

so its clear your desperate here to save that plant, however, its dead, let it go. It will make shitty little not buds if it does at all. You need to go find the grow journals, or look for a good one in the forums follow it and try to copy it with the things that you have and can buy, thats a good way to start, and you will just have to learn as you go, there is a learning curve depending on your method, but its worth it once you can make healthy plants consistently, after that you try to perfect it, but one step at a time and you seem to have skipped a few here.
It has happened to so many people the first time, next time you will not make the same mistakes.
Throw down some more seeds and see how you go.
