Is my plant growing correctly?

So yeah, my plant is now about a week old today and I am using a regular 75w soft white(yes i know not good), but I am hoping to move up to better light but I think my plant look's like its doing okay. I am also thinking about moving it outside to finish vegging but when shall I do so as far as plants health etc etc. I have a picture here of my baby.

its stretched a little. Its thirsty for a lot more light!

It's also because my lighting sucks. It's growing straight and the leaves are a nice green color though .

true. Mine were a bit bigger than that at 1 week though. Try to get a handful of CFL's
