is my plant growing to close together?

about three weeks old, it seems really stunted. 6 cfls, 4 5500k 27 watt, 1 2700k 26 watt, 1 5000k 14 watt. soil medium. let me know if more info is needed

I'm not sure about the underside turning purple, could just be genetics. If you want it to stretch more you can raise the lights or give it more of a dark period. It's probably fine though, when you turn it to 12/12 it'll stretch a lot. It does look a bit stunted though, I'm guessing it's the overwatering like missnu said.
