Is my plant healthy?

Hello guys i just want to know if my plants look healthy and if my setup is right, and if my light is propery placed and im a noob although its obvious.
Setup details: im using 2 40watt cfls a machine that changes room air and blows on my plant, its an afghan kush strain, alaminium foil as a light reflector, a heating pad under the pot to dry the soil and the soil i use is best greens potting soil the plant is about 2 weeks old with 24 hour lighting, thanks in advance

First and foremost for your safety and that of those around you....Control your cords before you burn down the neighborhood, and its never a good idea for your lightbulbs to be leaning pressed against something like that, bad bad fire hazards. But worse fire than either of those, you CANNOT have your powerbars and stuff on the ground like that Im pretty sure i can see water on the foil already. get the electrical UP ASAP pls pls pls.



Plant looks alright for now but dont let the under nuting get away from you start very small amounts of nutes as the ends are starting to yellow a bit dont over do it 1/4 strength is usually a good start. , carefull not to overwater it, should add some perlite for drainage looks very wet.

Unless your in a very very cold climate lose the heating pad thats not helping and can cause lots of issues you dont want.

Oh and the seed in the bottom one doesnt need its own light right on top of it yet
