Hi!
Im first time grower.Im just trying out..
Is my plant healthy?
At first weeks i accidentally stretched my plant then i lowered my light.
My plant are 4-5 weeks old.
And are it indica or sativa ?

Looks more indica to me based on width of the leaves. It did a lot of stretching, make sure that ribbon holding it upright isn't tied too tightly as the stalk will need room to grow. Good luck.

indica. more lights on your next grow would greatly benefit your yield. looks good for first go around. GL
