Is my plant overwatered? Underwatered?

Is my plant looks overwatered, i uploaded a picture, what do you think is wrong with my plant?
I am growing it outdoors in SoCal it was 90 degrees today with a nice breeze, if that might have anything to do with it.

I would say 90 degree weather would be a good start. They look super heat exhausted.

The heat is way too much for the plant! Looks like heat stress, but you should know if it overwatered or underwatered, did you water it at all before it started hanging like that or has it been a while?

I just put it outside about 2 days ago, should I harden it off? Keep it in the shade and let it get use to the outdoors? I am unable to grow inside at the moment.

Also I watered it yesterday in the afternoon

id say heat to but if the soil is dry try adding water mine sometimes do that when thirsty just not the main stem just fan leafs

Yes, you definitely need to put it in the shade and gradually work it out into the sun. It only needs about 6 hours of direct sunlight outdoors anyway. Put in a bigger pot. It will be easier to control the moisture. Add perlite to the soil also. It will help drainage.

I'm going to the store today to get some foxfarms ocean forest mix, that way my plants will have nutrients it needs. I am also going to buy bigger pots and transpot them tonight. But even if I harden my plant for outdoors and only give it 6 hours of direct sunlight, will I still be having this problem with 90 degree weather in SoCal?

Also I just brought it inside where its a lot cooler and gave it a little water about 15 minutes ago and the leaves are coming back up, do you think it was just water?
