Is my plant ready for harvest? The top cola seems to be mostly brown pistils

Hi guys! Need help to determine if my plant is ready, the top cola looks mainly brown pistils but the bottom popcorn buds still seem to be forming

Tons of white hairs on top bud. Give it a min of 2-3 weeks. If the bottoms don’t catch up you can partial harvest the big bud.
