Is my plant starting to foxtail?

This is an Apple Cider x something grown in soil under true 300 watt Led. 7th week of flower. Bud in 1st pic looks like its foxtailing. Any expert opinions out there. How much longer should I let her go?

Thats a foxy lady right there. What temps? Some strains naturally do it but that kinda looks like shes a little warm.
