Yes I know there is a sticky but Ive I'm just not to sure as to what Im ment to be looking at, so why not ask here
Is it streching?
Ive only grown photos b4 so Im not sure if this is stretching or not. The pics were taken yesterday and it was 11 days old at the time. Im using a generic 100w LED q-board (tech its 125w but it only draws 100w from the wall) and currently have it 11 inches away from the top leaf (I started at 13" and plan to LST it soon which is why I havent moved the light.)
My issue is that I do not know if its getting enough light? or giving it too much? (I have a few light green specks on a few leaves).
Ive used 2 lux meters which give completely different results. The below pic is from a crappy meter ..
And this one is from a app on my phone called "PPFD meter" .. As you can see there is a difference of about 3000 Lux - but which one is correct??
This is the PPFD reading that I did when originally I was going to hang it 22 inches away (now its at 11")
The manufacturer did not provide dets of how far to hang it away from the plant so most of my info is coming from the devices I have but Im still not to sure - The nodes look close together, but there is a long stem which is making me a bit unsure if its streching or not?
Also Ive notived a few "light green" spots on the leaves and are unsure whether this is something I need to be worried about? (Its growing in Bio-Bizz light)
Do I have PH issues?
As some of you might be aware this is my 2nd attempt at growing a auto flower as the 1st one got stunted n didnt really grow, I thought at the time that it was prob cos I used the wrong type of medium or had over watered it, but now Im thinking its cos it was grown in a PH level that was way too high as shown in the below pic. This was my fault as I didnt test the PH before I used it n just trusted the advertising on the bag that say it was 6 - 6.5 - Where-as in reality it was more like 10
F = Frank (who is dead)
S - Shelia (who im posting about atm)
The blank one is the tap water from my area after being left out to de-chlorinate for 48 hrs
It looks like that I got the PH for Sheila is 7, hopefully that should be ok as afaik the best levels are between 6-7 so it can uptake the nutes.
Im a little worried about my tap water tho trying to lower it by using a few drops of lemon juice in every other watering atm as this is constantly giving a reading of PH 8 n above - is this ok or can too much Ljuice cause issues?
Soz about the long post, but its prob best if I give as much info as poss ... Hopefully someone can make sense of this
