Is my seedling healthy?

It's been doing fine since it was planted on 4/10/14. Today I put it in the sunlight and noticed some yellowing around the tip of one of the first leaf sets. Is this a big concern? And also, why are the two bottom leaves curling and not straight like the newer growth?
