Is my soil burning my plants?

Hello guys ! Those are 12days after germination first week they have been under a normal led projector 50w in a humidity dome.
The soil is ‘Canna terra seeds’ i Wanted something special for my babies buy i noticed those spots of tip burn and leaf curls they have been watered with ph 6,5ish tap water every third day , ive been taking them outside in the nice sun we have now but i gess its not light problem so is it the soil ?

They look heat stressed how hot is it where u are?
These days is around 23/16C 74/62F outside for 4-5 hour’s but in the closet they are under a 50w basic led projector.
I think i had to mix this mix with some basic soil and now its like sitting in fertiliser thats what worries me
 
no help so far eh.
you started them in too strong of a soil mix.

is guess generally your top layer of soil has little nutrient, idk.

dont transplant, keep nursting them along. dont over water.
next time start it off in a basic seed starting mix and let them grow a few nodes before the good soil
 
UPDATE! One died the others look this way i have stopped watering untill properly dry i have removed the humidity dome temps are room temperatures

I will be taking them to sunbathes , and no more watering
Well... they will likely need water in 2-4 days lol. Best way to get watering right is to keep an empty pot of dry dirt. When you pick up your plants, compare them to the dry pot (you can even weigh them). If they dont feel dry or very close to it, they dont need water.
