I was wondering if having negative pressure is a bad thing in your grow room. (ie. your room is vacuumed sealed where it pulls air IN through cracks). should i add an intake blower (say 4") to make my room have positive pressure? (ie. air would be blow out through cracks). My room has negative pressure because of my type of blower pulling air from outside and in the grow room spitting it through the light and out.

Good thing for odor control? As long as fresh air is still coming in, you should be ok?
yea, i guess it would be a great thing for the smell. yea i would think as long as fresh air is coming in, but you are supposed to be bringing in a certain amount of fresh air and i just hope that im not allowing enough air in the room. (if that makes sense)

information i found :

negative pressure helps limit mold during dark night cycles.
negative pressure helps keep smells in.
negative pressure will make your blower work harder.

You kinda need a negative pressure to keep the room smell free. If you have a positive pressure the air will somehow leaks and the smell will do so..
You need bigger exhaust than intake for sure.
