Razz,

You know it's one thing to be uneducated and try to argue something.
But it's another to try and insult those who are educated and trying to help others know their rights on the topic being discussed.

Your uneducated definition of "paraphernalia": A bong.

My knowledge of what the state considers: "paraphernalia"..
Since we are talking about state laws, I'm pretty sure their definition trumps yours.

PUBLIC HEALTH CODE (EXCERPT)
Act 368 of 1978

333.7451 “Drug paraphernalia” defined.

Sec. 7451.
As used in sections 7453 to 7461 and section 7521, “drug paraphernalia” means any equipment, product, material, or combination of equipment, products, or materials, which is specifically designed for use in planting; propagating; cultivating; growing; harvesting; manufacturing; compounding; converting; producing; processing; preparing; testing; analyzing; packaging; repackaging; storing; containing; concealing; injecting, ingesting, inhaling, or otherwise introducing into the human body a controlled substance; including, but not limited to, all of the following:

Patient to patient tranfers:
MICHIGAN MEDICAL MARIHUANA ACT (EXCERPT)
Initiated Law 1 of 2008

333.26428 Defenses.

8. Affirmative Defense and Dismissal for Medical Marihuana.

Sec. 8. (a) Except as provided in section 7, a patient and a patient's primary caregiver, if any, may assert the medical purpose for using marihuana as a defense to any prosecution involving marihuana, and this defense shall be presumed valid where the evidence shows that:

(3) The patient and the patient's primary caregiver, if any, were engaged in the acquisition, possession, cultivation, manufacture, use, delivery, transfer, or transportation of marihuana or paraphernalia relating to the use of marihuana to treat or alleviate the patient's serious or debilitating medical condition or symptoms of the patient's serious or debilitating medical condition.

(b) A person may assert the medical purpose for using marihuana in a motion to dismiss, and the charges shall be dismissed following an evidentiary hearing where the person shows the elements listed in subsection (a).
Note: they again reffered to the "patinet"/ "caregiver" as "A person" ..

the MI law has been debated, interpreted, & opinioned upon & no doubt will continue to be. But when u r saying u r going to basically stalk another member, well to me that is absurd & shows poor judgement on ur part & is disturbing. he is entitled to his OPINION, readers beware to anything said on this site or any other for that matter about anything. facts & opinions r completely different animals. if u dont like this guy, why not simply put him on ur ignore list? and thats my opinion on that.
im not ignoring it because like i said before its dangerous to the community.

its one thing for him to spew off crazy numbers pertaining to his growing skills that hes so proud of. i didnt even get involved then. then he started on with the "as long as your both patients the law says blabla".

dude its not opinion. he is putting out false statements. he didnt state any of that as opinion. you said stalk. i said i will be here to correct him every time he spews garbage.
that would be stalking. and again, my opinion, he can put out all the false statements he wants....people have minds, eyes, & they can not only discern for themselves, even if wrongly so, their own opinion based on what someone else wrote or said, OR they can easily find the MI website where the law is written for themselves. If they choose NOT to do that, & read THE LAW, & instead just take for granted anything someone has posted here as the word for word law, then that is their problem, not urs or mine. and again nothing can be shoved down someones throat. right, wrong, informative or misinformative, some people debate/argue better then others. if someone wants to concede so be it. great, u have ur facts & can go toe to toe with this guy, but to say u r going to follow him around, that IS stalking, period. and dont try to twist my words to suit YOUR agenda, make that mistake not again. I am referring to u saying...lurkers seeing it underlined & concluding based on that information alone (like u r inferring) that this posted information would then be legal in the eyes of those lurkers. At which I stated...then they would be the idiots. This does NOT give u the right to now say that I think another member here "lordwinter" is an idiot. Is that what YOU think? I didn't read all the banter back & forth, nor will I, that was not my original point of who is right/wrong/otherwise in ur little pissing match. But now I can see from ur part how u can get into such.

again its the way you are throwing it at us....you are interperting things wrong.

whatever, sounds like someone's jealous. it is JUST as dangerous listening to YOU. But I am sure u would argue that as well, stating you are indeed giving the facts, etc. Bottom line: reader beware in ALL forums, especially when u r talking legal matters, take the word of NO ONE, research the law yourself or if u cant understand it or are confused about the interpretation of the law CONSULT AN ATTORNEY. That pretty much sums it up, anything else from anyone else is OPINION, of which will be wide & varied (including YOURS).

“drug paraphernalia” means any product, which is specifically designed for use in inhaling, or otherwise introducing into the human body a controlled substance.

Definition of product : A commodity offered for sale.
Definition of Compound: Compounding is the mixing of drugs

Stop ignoring or discounting words just becsue you don't know what they mean.

its not the "product compound" part ....
its the "which is specifically designed for" part

What product would be "specifilty designed for "compounding" if "componding" means the "mixing of drugs" ?

Hint: It's a 5 letter word and it starts with D and ends with rugs.
