Is pollen from Meristem internodal male flowers Viable

The internodal meristem is where male flowers develop. Male flowers mature and produce pollen, so if male flowers appeared at the internodes and you have pollen from those anthers (I think this is your question), as long as the pollen was harvested and stored correctly I'd say yes it's viable.
If you're talking about male flowers on female plants the pollen from the the male flowers should be viable, yes. Know, though, that seeds from self fertilization of a hermaphrodite will be made of two copies of DNA that clearly has a high potential to herm. Using that hypothetical herm pollen on another organism could pass on that tendency also, though to a lesser probability.
Your question is vague but I hope this helped.

there is no guarantee of viability but i would say the more male stamen you have th more chances of viability, so let them grow or pick them off, but the above post should answer most any questions beyond that.

Well yes to be more specific I was talking about a male plant that I have kept in veg in my veg room. Like a female, it puts out a little cluster of flowers at the internodes. They mature and open and have pollen on the stamens. I want to use this male for breeding. I've cloned it and I was planning on just flowering the clone in a tent in a room separate from my flowering and veg rooms with females of several strains. But if I can just take a few stamens off the father and use them to fertlize branches that would be easier.

Internodal meristem? Are you sure?
So what you are saying is that new flowers or growth are appearing along the stem in-between the nodes on a dicotyledonous plant?
Maybe I'm wrong (have never grown a male past identification) but that's a new one on me.

i too am confused. it sound as if you are talking about a regular male. well you dont want to wait for the stamen to open, if so youve already pollinated everything thats flowering.

second the pollen is inside the stamen once it opens the pollen falls out you dont need to the stamen anymore, thats why i put foil underneath my male plants to collect the pollen. i usually build some kind of tent to limit air flow and prevent the spread of pollen.

but your wording is very confusing, throw some pics up let us see wtf your talking about.
