Plant is definitely hermie...the balls will open then project a little flower, with petals, from that the pollen sacks grow. They are NOT swollen calyxes with seed etc... Best thing you can do is take a small set of scissors and clip them off. Otherwise, they will release pollen. Or you could let them pollinate one of your plants and collect the seeds, they will be feminized, but prone to being hermies themselves
