is she dying she's dropping only 5 more days of water

Stake her up and help her out a little. Can't see the temp. What light and how close is it? Remember in nature the light is diminishing in quality when they flower and finish. If it is HID try backing off a bit.
 
it doesnt look like its dying to me.. it also doesnt look dry to me. listen tohotrod and give those branches some ssupport, the buds are weighing it down.

That looks pretty healthy to me, especially if it's only a couple weeks from the cuttin block.

Just support the tops some and it'll stop doin the Jackson lean.
