Bubba kush bag seed. 3weeks veg. From germination. Been in flower since april 27th. (About 7 1/2 weeks) its under 400watt hps. Any advice on if she's ready to be harvested it's small 20 inches. I flowered it so early to find out if it was female. I'm not expecting a big yeald this time around and want to harvest as early as possibly to start clones now that I know. When do you think I could get good smokeable stuff the soonest. Thanks for all the help thus far fellow smokers.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you have a ways to go. Looks like she's going into a growth spurt, so I'd say 2to3 wks. easy

I read this post last night actually. I showed my girl. And I have a magnifying glass but no microscope so its hard to see so close. Can I use two 75 watt cfl lights for my germinated seeds untill I can have the hps free for the clones and new grows?

The vertical growing is pretty much done with. From my experience buds will go thru growth spurts. Especially the last 2 to 3 wks. That's when they really pack on the weight. And from what I've seen it's usually preceded by a rapid growth in the hairs. Sativas can be some long-winded girls, there's a member whose L/R sativas run 14to16 wks.
So mines roughly got 2-4 weeks left. And that's nice looking xmax

omg bro hold on that girl ain't no where near mature u have an easy 4/5 weeks at least and as far as clones if you been flowering since 4/27 your too late to take clones, you want clones around the 3rd 4th week of VEG finish growing her out man.

It is far to late to top. When did she show sex? Your flowering didn't actually start until the plant was "mature" or when they start showing sex. I think even though you switched on the 27th, you probably actually started flowering a week or two after. So, my guess would be you are about 5 1/2 weeks in and sativas can take 12-14 weeks.
You are a bit behind on taking clones, any that you take would need to re-veg and your survival rate would probably be lower. You can do it, but I would plan on loosing half unless you have a good clone setup and some experience. Also I would plan on a few weeks for your clones to re-veg so if you have more seeds you may be better off doing that.
[edit] Some Sativas can take 12-14 weeks, others that have more Indica in them can take less. It depends on how dominant the Sativa side is.

Ok that makes sence. Thank you.. what about the two 75 watt cfl spiral bulbs can I use those on the germ'd seeds when they are ready in a day or 2. The 400watt hps is my only light besides 2 desk lamps with 75watt bulbs.. can they be used for the 5 weeks it'll take to finish this girl? Or should I move my plant out from the light after its 12hrs on and keeo the seedlings under 6extra hours? Sorry for the dumb questions. Thanks t o everyone who replied.

It would be a shame to get only an 8th with a 400w. Even without topping you should be able to pull that much. an HPS bulb should easily penetrate the top 12-16" of your canopy giving you plenty of room. You are not to late to do some low stress training. Try bending her a bit and maybe even put a screen up top. If you can get light down lower you may be able to increase the light penetration. I wouldn't go crazy this late in, but it wont hurt to manipulate her a bit.
Not sure on the CFL, if they are 75w equivalent I would say you probably need more, can you get a splitter for each of your lamps and get a couple more in there? If you keep it close that may hold you over.
