I learned so much from this forum this year. One thing in particular…weeks set out by a breeder mean sweet F A. I am growing 4 strains of which 3 are “Fast”. I’m already 2 weeks past there timelines of 7 weeks flower. Anywhere from 1-4 weeks away away from harvest. There fine when there done.
You have white pistils still showing and amber hairs haven’t started to curl back in by the looks.

Could be a shit ton of variables. But truthfully…… it’s done when it’s done. And your probably just entering in the ripening, girl going to gain more weight stage. It’s a beautiful thing. And very real. Lol.

Dam how did 8 weeks turn into 17 ? I understand I'm sure I stressed the shit out of a few times but 17 weeks
8 weeks didn't turn into 17. The plant was always going to be done when it is done - regardless of how many weeks it takes.
Ignore breeder timelines, they are inaccurate and self-serving.

"Why sell a 17 week strain when we can sell an 8 week strain..."
- some guy trying to take your money.

Yeah dude. I bought into the “fast”. And now just hope, a prayer, and a makeshift canopy I need to build tomorrow to hopefully survive another month. But I will say….. I so wanted to take this one tomorrow,, I’ll push her 1 more week. But she’s soooo close. Patience is definitely hard to come by at harvest time. But so worth it. I hope. Lol. These guys on this forum rock! And have helped me a ton. If you take anything from my reply. When you think it’s done. Ask again. Probably have another week. Lol.

They mean 8 weeks flowering, and it didn't start flowering right away. Autos flower when they want, lol. I don't grow them.

And most of the time when they say 8 weeks plan on 10 weeks. Basically 2 weeks over their estimate, give or take.

So that plant probably only vegged for 6 weeks or so before it started flowering.

Either way give it at least 2-3 more weeks and they will fatten up if you can keep them somewhat healthy.

And support the buds that are getting heavy. I use yoyo's.

This is a auto blackjack was supposed to take 8 weeks she's 14 weeks old buds so heavy she's about to fall over
The buds aren't heavy, the stems are weak. Lack of light contributed to the lanky growth.

The plant probably has about 3 weeks left. Like others said the breeder time of 8 weeks is for flowering not the total length and even then you should add 2-3 weeks to that number to get a realistic estimate.
