Is super cropping just a method using dimming bending and lst?

What characteristics does your strain have? Short Bushy, tall lanky, etc. All are great methods but some are better suited for your specific strain.

Also you have a time frame to work with, for example topping and fim-ing are best done early on, where as low stress training can be done as needed at any time.

Without reading every other post... super cropping for me is just the hefty pinch on a branch, wherever I may need it to bend down so it brings the canopy more inline with the rest of the plant. Usually done in flower near or after the stretch is done. You don't want one cola 10" taller than the rest of them typically.

This is what I'd like to achieve
If you want to achieve this you have to super crop the top when the inner sites come up you have to take them down to the top of the foliage leaving a little sprout of top for the plant to grow into a nug. This can be achieved without topping. Every strain is different and will respond differently. pics would help us.

Check those pics aswel. Do u top during lst? That's wat the 1st pic shows I think topping and lst? When shud I start LST? Plants are in veg now ile take a pic now
Start LST when the main stem is about 12" tall. Or you can top it first, creating two or even four main shoots which are then tied down.

They've cut all the lower branches off tho donu do that? Du end up with a canopy effect then? Also do u recommend taking big leaves away? Thanks for helpin dan a lot of people can't be assed and sum times just a word of advice from sum1 who knows makes a huge difference
I should make up a diagram but just think of it as eliminating small, weaker stems while keeping the sturdier thicker stems and bending them down to promote side growth. Any spindly growth is removed or thinned out. And I don't remove large fan leaves. Hope that twas helpful. I'll make a diagram if u want. I'm just at the laundramat now.

every body has there own personal way. my way week 3 when buds start to make them self shown. I squeeze the stem until I feel a slight pop. I do this on every single bud site about 2 inches from the top or just under the main bud site. this will tell the plant to send most of the energy into that branch you squeezed super cropped . basically the plant thinks its wounded which it is. and the buds get bigger on the ones you super crop. instead of sending energy making bigger or more fan leafs or sending energy to the bottom of the plant those pop corn buds you should of trimmed off to get massive buds on the tops. super cropping works very well the way I do it . I have done 6 plants and not the other six major difference in yield .
so u squeeze but not bend them over or do u squeeze an bend them 90 degrees? So there laying down then they re shoot bk towards the light? I understand the idea of it feelin wounded so they send more goodness to the " wounded" area??

U said it keeps the canopy even are u actually bendin diff stems so they lower down giving the other plants time to catch up? Is that right?

How early on can u top? Look at pic I uploaded do they get done now? There still pretty small

Remember every grower and strain are different. If this was my plant I would remove the bottom half, branches and all. I would let it grow North a little more take the main and bend in opposite direction of your next top. After a couple days your should see some growth from the lowers. I then take my 2nd largest top and follow the steps. Eventually you will have to do the main 2 or 3 times. You can do this with every branch up until about 2 wks into bloom. creating big knots threw out the stock. The yellow have you fed them?

This should be some before and after I will upload a pic in a couple days to show the response. Keep in mind this is a super lemon haze. Sativa dominant strain.
ya talking about the squeezing method now right? Not the lst method? I don't no wat saliva dominant strain really means wat does that affect? Are u sayin I could cut off the lower smaller branches now to let more growth work to the higher branches? The lst method seems the simplest
