Is that sign of overwatering?

Hi, this is my first time in growing. I germinated 2xGSC auto flower seeds 2 weeks ago. Then I put them to jiffy pellet for 4 days in grow tent. When I saw root on peat pellets, I took them to 20 liters fabric pot. They are under 600 watt HPS lamb in grow tent. Temperature is about 22-25 Celsius, humidity %55. Now they are in pot since 22 December. I watered each of them 500 ml (0,13 gallons) every 2 days. Plants has got nice green color. One plant seems nice but the other ones leaves seems curling to me. Is that sign of overwatering? And if it overwatering what am I going to do? I upload photos are they looking healthy?

It is soil. I use voodoo juice, grow connoisseur part A and grow connoisseur part B from advanced nutrients. It has to reduce pH, isn't it?

You went from a jiffy pellet to a 5-gallon pot?

That's part of the problem.

The other part is giving them a half a liter water every 2 days when they don't have the root structure to suck up that much moisture. So they are overwatered...

Next time put those Jiffy pellets in one gallon pots and build up the root structure before going to a 5-gallon pot...

What am I going to do now? And how do I watering them?

those look ok to me as far as watering. you're overfeeding, though. over watering will make the whole leaf curl under, while the stems stay upright. overfeeding makes the leaf tips curl like that. cut the amount of food you're giving them by at least 1/3.
you can transplant them or not, if you don't, don't soak that whole pot, just give them a little around the plant for a couple of weeks till the roots get established, maybe half a cup to start, then a week later go to a cup, then a week after that you can probably start treating them normally...but wait and see, don't just expect them to be able to absorb that, when they seem to be drying out faster, give them some more

Op, little tid bits are big info, at least in this case! Find growers on here that know what they're talking about & just listen. Learn what the signs of plant stress are & read the plant to the best of your abilities. Search & study!
