Is the NPK grow diamond a legit grow guide?

I picked this up at a local hydro store and this graphic looks interesting. It is sort of confusing but has decent info on when to top, etc. Anyone think this is worth using as a basic tool for remembering when to change things, etc?

seems like a complicated way to tell you to use grow nutes during vegitation and bloom nutes during flowering. but if you are absolutely new as shit and just have no idea, it's actually a pretty good effort on their part.

but i don't see one of the most important things. environment. don't worry about adding CO2, worry about adding humidity in the winter to maintain OVER 50% for vegitative growth including the stretch period of early flowering. only after mid flower development is it ok to let it get lower than 50%. ideally, in the mid 70* area for temp, for growth, you'll want 65-70%.

Wow yea that's great to know thanks, it's my second grow (first was just a cabinet in the summer). So you would use a humidifier of some kind if it gets too low or is that a nature of less air ventilation?

a lot of people don't humidify their houses in the winter, and let it get down to like 20-30%, in that case add something like www.amazon.com/Crane-Ultrasonic-Humidifier-Gallon-output/dp/B001ADL1SG .

in the summer i use a massive dehumidifier, and because of how dry the air gets in the winter, it totally goes away and i had to drop 300$ on humidifiers this winter, lol. this isn't weed specific, as the air gets dryer, the stoma that plants breath through naturally constrict to limit the drying effect high respiration would bring, slowing all vegetative growth, and is a leading cause of calcium deficiency.
