Is the origional sensible seed co a sham..!?! Not having pleasant experiences so far.

hey guys and girls

i am dealing with the OSSC for the first time right now.. i thought i would wait a min to see what happens first to write a review but so far this is my experience and its not pleasant.
i contacted the OSSC 3 times within a week thru email and they never once responded.. BUT since i cant wait for christmas i placed my (farily large) order out of good faith.. 3 days later my order goes from processed to shipped.. they dont even email a tracking # as the site states and i paid for insured tracking yada yada. so i log into my account on their website and there is a place where u can track your package..well that takes me to no more than a generic OSSC link with no details.. so from there i go full blown magnum PI and locate the spain (currier website) enter the tracking # in manually..translate the text to english.. and i find the tracking # corresponds with a package that was sent out in april and is still in transit..WTF...! iplaced my order on 6-28-12 this does not add up and seems like shady business to me.. i emailed them a 4th time regarding my findings and concerns and ofcourse have not heard from them.. hoping i didnt piss away $$

bump.. 108 views..no comments.. anyone use them recently with luck..?

well hell sshz..i was afraid i was gonna hear that.. trying to save a buck may have well bit me in the azz.. i dont understand..they post new stuff on the net.. and they have a blog.. maybe they just pic and choose which orders they send out..lol

stick with single seeds, nirvana, or attitude. fuck the rest unless you know someone personally that had success. i will tell u those 3 are legit. i only use single seeds. friends of mine have used the other 2. no problems yet. except just recently one of my seeds from single seeds was damaged though but i cant really blame it on them cause they could have got it that way from the breeder. would have though they would inspect it though before sending. im in the middle of emailing them. hopefully they can replace it. im not really mad about it though cause i had quite a big order, like $250 worth lol. gonna take a while to grow them all cause i grow big plants indoors, like 6 feet tall almost. i also like how i can just pay with my credit card. last time since the order was that expensive my bank blocked it and called me with a fraud alert. it was all good though, they just wanted to make sure someone didnt steal and use my card. just had to reorder.

yea beer316 i hear ya.. i order thru the tude all the time and never have any problems.. ofcourse u can pay with a cc there too.. everytime i order my bank puts a block on it and i have to call to get it released..lol takes like 5 minutes..but does get annoying

I found Single Seeds to be a little expensive. MY three favorites are Sannies Shop (easily the best), Attitude and Everyonedoesit............ I've had almost 100% success with each of these. ALWAYS take the guaranteed delivery service for peace of mind.

And back to Sensible Seeds- the owner occasionally was showing up on a few sites I regularly visit. He rants and raves (he's a hater) about Jews (the devil) ruling the world and other radical/insane points of views. He was in there trying to increase his business but was chased out after numerous people posted about not receiving their seeds. He eventually gave up and disappeared as quickly as he appeared a few days earlier. Sorry for your loss China........

Ive used seaofseeds, everybodydoesit,sannies, alibongo, attitude and probably every other but not these.
Their well over priced compared to the above

Just so u guys know there's the origional sensible seed co.. And there's the sensible seed co.. 2 dif places/websites.. I'm referring to the origional sensible seed co..

well guys this is an update to my previous thread.that i now almost feel bad about..but in the end the company pulled thru..BUT never did once return any emails..4 of them..and sent me a shady tracking number. but in the end everything is here and looks great.. even got 10 free seeds 9 sugar mango ryders and a blue widow..

I order from them(Original sensible seed company) US east coast, order was in my hand 6 days later,no problems at all & S&H is very low...Glad you got your gear

lol thats actually pretty funny. you might be surprised though how it is especially in some small towns like where i live. you run into racists and nazi sympathizers all over. truth be told some of my friends are racist as fuck. i am in michigan though and detroit really does make michigan look bad but they dont realize a lot of it is white ppl too. i've seen black people get chased out of bars by white crowds. the ppl at the bar including the owners never do anything because they just want customers money. especially in a small struggling upper michigan town. even in restaurants i've heard white people make racist comments just loud enough so other black customers can hear. its kind of mean i think but again, the businesses just want money racist or not. it's just so weird it's like nothing can be done about it. theres really no proof. personally im not racist, but i do hate everybody!

i've grown blue widow before from clone. it's a pretty nice plant, easy to grow and fast flowering. i'd say about a medium buzz.

I've used the Original Sensible Seed Co for a quite while now, and have had nothing but impressive service from these guys. Super fast and helpful and tons of extras.

I think that we need to be careful sometimes before hating on people too quickly. But I'm glad to hear your gear arrived Chinaoreo. I'd suggest using their ticketing system if you need to contact them about anything, you can check for replies online which is cool because sometimes emails get eaten up by your spam filter. I had to add their email address to my gmail and now all of the auto emails ( including tracking numbers ) come through fine.

Also SSH, I'm pretty sure you've got mixed up between the guys we're talking about ( the original sensible seed company http://original-ssc.com ) and Sensible Seeds ( who I've never used ). Original Sensible have been around for a long time ( 1992 ) and seem to have a really big following and plenty of good reports and info about them.

P.S just checked on their site and they do clearly say that they if there are any problems with delivery, they will always "re-ship, replace or refund orders" can't ask for more than that

Best seed bank that I have dealt with so far. Very good prices and any question I have ask... they get back to you pretty quick. There shipping is 4-10days outside of UK and they keep there word on that as everytime I order, there here within 10 days tops.

RIP OFF.....DO NOT USE, SLEAZE BALL SONS OF CUNTS ARE ALSO HIJACKING OTHER NAMES, sea of seeds under favs redirected me to this site....notice how lowlifes only have a few journal entries, not that I have a lot but then again I have no agenda (other than pointing out what a waste of $ hydro gear is).

i use attitude many time, always good service ! but for the last 6 orders ive used hempdepot, fast service and a good range of seeds, but they dont take credit cards!!

Me thinks its swings and roundabouts, i know the guys at sensibleseeds (not original) they are based in Aldershot, I often phone and place my order and then pop over too the office and pick my order up, but i wouldnt do mail order with them as have heard plenty of horror storys. TSD Or sannies, Cannazon have all got good rep.
